Mapping for Ecological Restoration at Luisoi Hill Forest 🌍🌱

Eco Wings is currently in the field at Luisoi Hill Forest, carrying out a transformative forestry project with the goal of advancing ecological restoration in the region.

Project Objectives

Our team is conducting detailed mapping and analysis with the following objectives:

1. Assessing terrain and vegetation cover to guide strategic deployment of seedballs for ecological restoration.

2. Generating high-resolution orthomosaic maps and terrain models to support ecological analysis and planning.

3. Evaluating the current vegetation and landscape features to understand the state of the ecosystem.

4. Recommending an optimized seedball dispersal strategy based on data-driven findings.

   
   

Equipment & Tools

To achieve these goals, we are utilizing advanced tools, including a high-resolution drone with RTK capability, ensuring accuracy and precision in data collection.

This project marks a significant step in restoring Luisoi Hill Forest while contributing to biodiversity conservation, climate resilience, and community well-being.
